Absolute Paving Ltd offers a professional driveway repair service to bring your How Wood driveway or patio back to life in a cost-effective way.

Tarmac Driveway Repairs
Many automotive oils, such as petrol, diesel or even brake fluid, can ‘dissolve’ the binder of a tarmac surface, and there’s no way of ‘re-sticking’ the aggregate back together. Further, the contaminating oil will seep and spread, degrading all the tarmac that it contacts.
Absolute Paving Ltd has many options for repairing and cleaning the surface of your How Wood tarmacadam drive. Don't delay and risk holes appearing in the Tarmac surface, contact us to discuss how we can help.

FAQ for Driveway Repairs How Wood
Tarmac is renowned for being easy to maintain as regular jet washing should be all that’s needed to keep it looking great and functioning effectively.
If you get any cracks or sunken spots, we can perform a driveway repair.
On average, the lifespan of tarmacadam is between 12-15 years before it will need to be replaced or undergo major driveway repair work. Through years of heavy use and exposure to the elements, minor repairs to cracks and potholes may need to be completed, however other than this, very little maintenance work is required.
With proper care and maintenance, a gravel driveway can last up to 100 years. The beauty of gravel is that it can be repaired and replenished on an ongoing basis.
It is good practice to provide maintenance to your driveway usually in the form of regular sweeping, jet washing and the occasional sanding.
One of the main reasons why your block paving sinks is because the drive was not laid properly. In most cases, the reason is ground preparation. The company installing your original driveway likely didn’t dig down deep enough before starting to lay the sub-base.
We can help by providing repairs, which may involve digging out areas of the paving to create a more sturdy foundation.
